I actually did this card for a sketch on CSAD. It is really a simple sketch and therefore made for a quick and easy card. It is hard to see, but the background is actually yellow dots. I used black coredinations paper with a yellow backing. Ran it through my dotted swiss CB folder and then sanded it. The sentiment card layered on top is pink. The ribbon is yellow.
